IF YOUR PACKAGE GETS LOST
We've had cases where people's packages got lost in the mail or the mailman opened the mail and took only the pin out for some reason.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost mail.
While we wish for all packages to arrive safely, we cannot refund you with free pins or money. (*note*- Will vary on case though.)
If you are REALLY REALLY scared, you can pay a little extra (prices will vary on weight) for a tracking number that will aleart us if you got your package or not or if it got lost somewhere in the oblivion.
(I suggest if you're buying in large quantities (like 10 pins and above), it is better to pay a little extra for the package to be trackable. But that is completely up to you.)
For packages going to USA / Canada / Mexico: If you don't get your mail in a week, please contact us.
For packages anywhere else: If you don't get your mail in two weeks, please contact us.
